  • I just tried to make an appointment via the site like the form says and it had errors. I then called the 623 number and the lady was rude! She was upset that my DOCTOR filled out the form incorrectly. Sorry but I'm NOT a doctor so it was uncalled for. I'm so irritated I'm going to another doctor for a new mammogram referral to another lab. Smh
