  • Joe did a terrible job. He was very unprofessional, rude, and a bad worker. He claimed that he need to drain and chemically treat our brand new pool, that was remodeled 8 months ago by Shasta. We had someone from Shasta even come out to our home to make see what he was doing, he didn't even have an explanation for them. Shasta said that you do not need to drain and or do a chemical bath unless there is algae or it's been 3 years and want to just clean it. Joe just wanted our money, there was no reason to do it, and he wasted our time as well. He worked for us for a few month to do a weekly cleaning, and he wouldn't show up half the time. Worst pool experience ever.
