I gave them a chance. The first time I went they were on Lake Mead. They were pleasant enough. The guy more so than the lady. Went back twice then they moved. I went to the new location and it was the same. Liked him didn't like her. I don't think she should be in customer service at all. Went again and he was nice, I didn't exist to her.
Went today and had my beads picked out. The customer at the counter was known to the owner so she was talking and laughing with her. The guy was standing by the class that was going on.
Back to me. The customer needed a jump ring to fix something. The owner said "I can fix it for you" and proceeded to do so. I stood there 4 minutes. Never did she look at me and say just a minute or better yet, let me ring her up and then I'll fix it.
Bottom line- I put my basket down and walked out. Went to Discount Beads on Durango. Had 3 people ask if I needed help. They acknowledged me when I walked in the store. Bead Haven lost a customer.
Maybe the lady should stay in the back of the store and only come to stock the shelves when the store is closed. And maybe they could change the name. Haven is supposed to be a safe place. They could call it Bead Ignore.
