  • I always want to love this place but the fact is it lacks in customer service. You would think that because it's off the strip that it would have to really focus on that to be successful. The crowd is no longer hipsters or celebs but has turned into a more urban spot. Especially friday and sat nights. And the pool forget about it. Don't go to the pool thinking you will see bikinis. If you go to the pool be sure to know you have to go through security and have an id even if you are staying at the hotel. I'm not sure about other people but I don't like the idea of bringing my id to the pool and leaving it unattended while I go for a swim. So then I have to ask myself why would I want to the pool and not swim. But I guess that is the result of becoming urban with that comes a need to require id's. It's a shame they couldn't do better. At least the rooms are clean.
