  • I was hoping so badly for this to be my new go-to place for nails. I went several times for both manis and pedis, and I usually get gel. I saw someone different every time because I wanted to search for that great nail technician and give the place a shot. I have been more and more disappointed with each visit. Last time I went was about a week ago. My pedicure took 15 mins, which is horrible :( $25 plus tip for 15 minutes for the most basic pedi with regular polish not gel, with no massage (literally took one minute), and a rushed job. Rushed out of the chair, rushed to pay, didn't ask if I liked it, nothing. And I specified clearly that I needed a thorough job of cuticles being cut, nails being cut short and so on. The color application was a bit sloppy too. 15 minutes for a pedicure??? I would have loved to be nice and give her a chance to make up for what I didn't like (as some here suggested), but she kicked me out of the chair before I could even say a word! I really hate arguing, and saw no point causing a scene over it, so I paid and left. As for my mani, I either get someone who doesn't cut cuticles at all, or someone who cuts them too much and cuts me. Taking off the gel is very painful. They don't let you soak in and gently remove it, they literally drill it off with a tool. A week later, my gel is falling off, and it's GEL! It normally stays on for about 3 weeks. Oh and my nails are breaking badly because of that tool that is thinning them. I guess if you need a super quick, but poor quality job, go here. I don't ever want to return again. :(
