  • I tried the "demo" which is in fact not a demo at all...it's a sales call with a representative that tells you everything you want to hear... Next, they ask you for a credit card to pay for the 1st month. Then they upsell you on the coaching for $1500. And finally once they swipe your credit card you get access to the "demo" and software... Once I actually got to using it, I realized the software is a jack of all trades, but a master of none so I asked to cancel my account and get prorated for the days in didn't use... They said it is non-refundable, so now I am out $1879 for a 14 day  trial of a software program I am never going to use... You say you built the software for small businesses, but all you do is prey on them with your predatory sales tactics and bogus refund policies... A legitimate business that cares about and respects small businesses would offer a free demo first of all, and secondly refund money to busineses that did and will not use their service. Shame on you!
