rev:text	I placed an online order with Label Peelers after finding them on a homebrew sale site. Their sale prices were absolutely INSANE! We're talking HALF what I could find anywhere else online, and I search far and wide. I quickly placed my order, and started getting my brewing supplies ready to rock. I promptly received my tracking number, and much to my delight, the package was going to arrive in a day. That's right, A DAY! Sadly, with cold weather, storms, and the nature of these products (ordered cider kits), one of the kits opened in the box, and shipping was delayed. I sent an email over to them, and gave them a call in the morning. They let me know that they were already on top of it, a new box had been packed, and was already on the way! I then received an email from Matt P that went into full detail as to what happened, what they did to fix it, and to apologize for the delay. True to his word, my package arrived the very next day, and everything was absolutely perfect! They even threw in a snazzy t shirt that I wore that very same day! I would highly recommend Label Peelers for online purchases. Incredibly fast shipping, AMAZING pricing, and customer service you won't find anywhere else makes for one hell of a great experience. I"ll be buying from them again for sure.
