| - tl;dr - TAKE NOTE FOR THIS LOCATION: They do not honor pick-up or drop-off times that are outside their store hours. This means that even if the internet allows you to book whatever pickup/return times you want, if they're closed, they're CLOSED. They observe irregular holiday hours, so be especially careful on Christmas, New Year's, etc. Customer service is really reluctant to issue refunds if this happens to you.

As I mentioned in my first review, the place was totally CLOSED on the day/time we had reserved for pick-up, Christmas day 12/25/2015. It's a holiday, I get it, but we had the confirmation and everything.
We arrived the next morning to get our car, and the following things happened to convince us how poorly this company is managed:
- In addition to requiring us pick up our car a day late, our confirmed dropoff time at 7am a few days later also wouldn't work because the location doesn't open until 8am. We had to return the car a day EARLIER, before 5pm. No after-hours dropoffs.
- Despite having to pick up a day late and return a day earlier than we had booked, we were required to paying the full booking price.
- They told us that the same Christmas Day mixup happened last year, when over 30 confirmed reservations were not honored because the place was closed. Apparently there weren't enough brain cells among all the staff to maybe, just maybe, check the reservations list to ensure it didn't happen again.
- I emailed customer service to request compensation - 5 days later, no response.
- I called customer service, and after some cajoling (I was super polite, but assertive), we received $75 in vouchers. Vouchers! As if we would ever want to use Dollar again. Besides, the cab fare and inconvenience from not having our car the full time we needed it (which includes driving back and forth to the rental car place) was beyond that.
