  • Sweet Mountain Air attempted to repair our A.C. this summer. Two failed attempts and had to order a part. Over 30 days in total time down in July. Found out after waiting 2 weeks they never ordered the part. Terrible customer service, hard to get them to respond. Another contractor fixed the unit in 3 hours, including travel time to pick up the part
