  • I am over the moon!! When the brake warning light came on for my newly purchased BMW (pre-owned, 2013) I was prepared for the worst...which would be an astronomical estimate from the dealership. I do not speak "car"...so, it could be easy to tell me anything! I read the amazing reviews here on Yelp and cancelled the scheduled estimate appointments I'd made. Mr. Brake DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Upon arrival, the owner Mark took my car immediately and came back within 10 minutes with an explanation and complete estimate. He showed me exactly where the issue was gave me a complete education on brake pads and rotors for the ever delicate workings of a BMW. He also gave me two options for service, with an amazing price, that almost made me faint from shock! Anywhere else...would have quoted at least $900 and half my soul. He knows his stuff!! I left feeling more more auto savvy, more knowledgable about my vehicle and will definitely and happily return before the recommended follow up date, to replace my front brake pads as well. If you have any brake issues...go here immediately!! Thank You to Mark and Mr. Brake Team...I am Thrilled!! Honest, kind, informative and seasoned!!
