  • Hubby and I stayed for two nights July 27-28 in one of their casitas. Luxurious bathroom--double sinks, deep tub, separate double shower, marble vanity and all. Nice premium toiletries, too. The service at the resort was stellar, as were the amenities--several pools, a water slide, huge Jacuzzi. The evening turn-down service was a welcome surprise. The room was tidied, the stereo tuned to KBAQ, and chocolates left on the pillow. Nice. My reason for only 4 stars was the mess on our lanai. It looked uncared for and unkempt, odd for a top resort, The lounge and chair cushions had bird droppings on them, dust covered the table, and dead leaves lay all over. Why had this area escaped any sort of cleaning for what seemed like a long time? Shame shame. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would like to return.
