  • Stop! Stay away from this company! They were sent out through our home warranty company and long story short- We went FIVE WEEKS 4 DAYS with NO AIR CONDITIONING in over 110 degree Arizona heat. When he made first call he told me "it is not repairable , I am going to order a new unit through the HW company". When I told him the unit was only 5 years old, he argued with me and told me I should "sue" the company that installed it because there was no way it was only 5 yrs. He then got his ladder back off his truck and sure enough- it is only 5 years old. The bad news? It was covered under manufacturer's warranty and there was no part to be found - but all of a sudden it WAS REPAIRABLE. The fact that both my sister and myself are in our sixties and our house was over 95 degrees (inside temperature), we have two small dogs, and we were completely miserable made no difference what so ever to these people. Once the part arrived...they took another full week to install it! Don't try calling them...they don't answer the phone- it just rolls over to voice mail and they don't return calls. Customer service? They have NONE. In fact, at one point when trying to get the part installed before my surgery date and they could not accommodate....they hung up on us! If your home warranty company is sending them...call your HW company back and ask for someone else!!
