  • HORRIBLE!!! This company is ridiculous! We moved from Vegas to Atlanta, they were suppose to be at our place 10am Saturday, they called the day before n said it wouldn't be til between 2 n 4. We had plans to be in Houston by a certain time sun night to meet up w family, but would still be able to make it. Too bad they didn't show up til 7.30 n ruined those plans, there was no call to say they were running behind or anything. My husband had to hunt someone down through calling several numbers to get an answer. Once they got there they did everything quickly n then asked for half the $ up front which we wouldn't have had a problem w had anyone informed us of this before that moment, it's not really all that easy to come up w a $800 cashiers check or money order at 7.30 on a sat night. We finally get on the road n a few days later have yet to hear anything (they told us we would be updated as our load was picked up n such) so my husband once again had to hunt someone down to see what was going on. At this point it was wed n we were told the stuff would be delivered that fri... Fri came n about 4pm we hadn't heard anything so again we hunted someone down n they informed us there was a hold up n our stuff would not be there til the following fri! 2 weeks, r u kidding me?!? Since there was nothing we could do weve lived off the weeks worth of things we packed in suitcases, slept on blankets on the floor, n wasted a whole lot of $ on having to eat out. We were just called n told our stuff would be here thur instead (yippee a whole day early) so as far as other reviews of things being broken or missing im keeping my fingers crossed n will add another review once we've unpacked. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!
