| - NY and Chi town foodie snobs...AZ has finally blazed into your picky palate! I needed a relaxing place to eat and stumbled upon FnB. I liked the ever changing and concise menu. The farm fresh ingredients, creative pairings, and relaxing atmosphere hit the mark. First up was the Hummus. Red roasted pepper hummus, feta cheese, pine nuts, turkey, and green beans were only a few of the delectable ingredients. Complete with warm crisp tortillas in chili spices and olive oil for dipping. Now I will dream of hummus and feta together. A match made in foodie heaven? I think so! Have you ever thought...does beer go with hummus? Surprisingly, yes! Prescott Brewing Co. has a Liquid Amber Ale that will rival any wine. Microbrews are in the running now. WooHoo! This sudden foodie discovery resulted in me devouring the dish. Result...I didn't have room for my entrée! Seven hours and a fabulous hair appointment later, I ran back to the fridge. Waiting patiently for me was a sandwich with a delightful blend of veggies. Which included: roasted summer squash, pickled radishes, spicy coleslaw, pinto beans, carrots, avocado, egg, goat cheese, a savory sweet grilled bread, with an addition of shredded pork (thx to Jackie's recommendation)! Addicting? Yes. I thought I did not have any addictions. Thanks a lot FnB. Now I have to come back for a fix. A job well done on reeling in another devote customer. Guilty pleasures of not going to the gym shall ensue.
