  • Ordered several window treatments from them. They were cheaper than Blinds.com but in the end their customer service is terrible and not worth the savings. The valance on the mini blinds was too long and they wanted me to pay to have it replaced. The customer service person had an attitude and basically said that I could either pay to have new ones made or cut them myself. I will never order from them again and do not recommend them.
