  • Good communication, prompt clean service. So why 2 stars? Glass from the old window was left in the house (carpet and window sill). Also glass and trash left outside at job site. I expected more from a company with 5 stars and superior customer service. Unfortunately you're only as good as your lasting impression. And I'm not impressed.
