  • I have gotten massages from different spas and I love Roxanne at Lifespa! She is a professional and good massage therapist. But, I was never impressed with the front desk people here. For example, the woman that checked me out today had said to me before I left, "Hope to see you soon and not a year from now!" And she gave me the kind of look that I better came back soon. Really? I hadn't been back there for a year because I was getting massages elsewhere. Being sarcastic like that wouldn't bring the customer back. I have recently considered to get my hair done but maybe I should go somewhere else so I don't have to deal with her sarcasm.
