  • While buying my new Mazda 3 hatchback... I seem to have a good experience everybody was doting on us and making sure that we were happy . they actually met our desired price. But the ball was dropped after that , it seems like I couldn't get my sales person to help me on a couple of things he said he would help me with. And then they did not even have a scheduled for our maintenance check after the purchase, nobody knew about it. We went back in and met with a manager and told him that we were not happy with how we felt like we had just been dropped they got our money they sold the car and then nothing else mattered he said he would make sure that everything was fixed. Then I received another email congratulating me for my car purchase and that I had not been in yet for my maintenance check which I had. So I will be going by again and explaining that we have already been in for our maintenance and they need to get dates corrected in their books. I like the car it's fun to drive it's easy to maneuver its good looking. I even got kudos on it the other day at the gas station.
