  • I wanted to give the local small business my business. Paid extra for delivery and installation. Got my shipment and my salesperson was great (he's now gone). But when the appliance came, I was told that I would have to hire my own carpenter to trim the bottom of the cabinet to slide the fridge in to fit under the cabinet. I'm sorry, but that IS installation. I could not believe it! I've bought a dozen refrigerators over the years - never had a company say they would not complete the install.........I called the owner and he said it's company policy. This local company will never see me again.
