  • Staff was friendly but food was mediocre at best. Cheese plate lacked flavor, included stale popcorn (popcorn with a cheese plate?). Other dishes had too much vinegar and french onion soup was tepid. After seeing someone 'shoot up' across the street and then wave to a familiar face at the restaurant we decided to cancel our remaining dish and finish our dinner experience at another restaurant.
