  • I used to frequent at this ice cream shop because it had delicious ice cream to eat and I have had good experiences with them before. However, last night a respectable Asian family appeared in the shop to purchase ice cream. I saw an employee, who appeared to be the owner, glanced at them several times, but did not provide them with service. A WHITE woman with her son was waiting behind them to also purchase ice cream. The owner went to them FIRST and said to them, "You are OBIOUSLY the first in line, so what do you need today?" I saw the family turn to leave, which they did. Only then, as they were leaving, that an employee (other than the owner) asked them if they needed anything. They said no and left. I am extremely disappointed in this water and ice branch because this particular store has a great variety of ice cream flavors. Also, I have had good experiences with the company. The boss of the branch should be deeply sorry because he showed respectable customers that did nothing to him, blatant racism. I say that you should only go here if you are white because only then will you be showed proper treatment.
