I was expecting a full flavored broth from the Tonkostu but it sucked.
First we were seated immediately but it wasn't busy. We ordered and asked for two waters and only got one water. The tea is in a can not brewed.
Second of all, I ordered the spicy Tonkostu but the broth tasted like chicken broth. If it was chicken broth, it had no flavor. The noodles were cold and my egg was cold. It was very disappointing. The meat was horribly sliced and tough. The whole meal sucked.
I don't understand where the good reviews come from at all. The whole ramen bowl was a failure. The service sucked too. No one asked if the meal was good or not. I have been to a couple of Ramen spots and this one failed the most. Nothing was good about it. I wouldn't recommend anyone here there are Ramen spots with much more flavorful broths and better noodles out here in Vegas.
