The hotel was really nice, the look was spot on, great amenities, the restaurant was kind of meh, but overall I'd give the hotel itself 4-stars.
The customer service and billing however, terrible. As many others have stated they don't tell you about the $80 a night charge they add on the room for incidentals. I also paid for a friends room, and was billed two separate times for it. Once with the incidentals charge and once without. When I called to ask why I was billed twice the woman seemed to not understand at all what I was saying and kept telling me my $80 would be reimbursed. Well, the charge was for $223 not $80. I was charge $143 for a room and $223 for a hold on a room and the front desk girl couldn't seem to understand why I wanted the $223 back. It was a very frustrating phone call that has left me sitting at home hoping the $223 for my friends room and the $160 in incidentals for my room will be returned at some point. I'll update when/if I get the money back, but as of right now, I'm out almost $500 in addition to the $650 I spent for 2 nights here. 1-Star is a bit generous, but there's no lower option. Beware what MANY have stated about the billing issues arising here. I'd recommend using a credit card instead of debit in case they take an extra $500 from you like they did to me.
