  • There is the usual laundry list: nonexistent maintenance, rude office staff, treated like a number, extremely noisy and so on. Worse, young man stood outside our window and attempted to masturbate until we ran him off. I tried to get a photo for the police but was not quick enough. Thank God we have no children. Terrifying to consider this potential pedophile running loose. Staff attitude-"sorry, nothing we can do, you should keep your shades drawn." Parents wishing to move here should show caution. As if that is not bad enough, we have encountered racism. Young woman stands outside our porch screaming obscenities laced with colorful references to our skin color. We asked for help with similar response. We are fortunate to have signed a short term lease and will be out soon. Please avoid this place.
