| - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This company is an absolute DUMPSTER FIRE!!!! INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I ordered a mattress online from Sam's Club. This pathetic company does Samsclub.com deliveries. The delivery was supposed to be delivered Saturday between 2-4pm. THEY NEED TO BE FIRED AS A VENDOR!!! At noon on Saturday I missed a call--when I looked at my phone, it was from a number I didn't recognize--no message was left. At 3:56pm, after the company didn't show up as promised, I called the number that called me at noon, just in case it WAS the delivery crew. Turns out, it WAS the driver, Miguel, who then told me, "OH, I'm sorry, I'm done for the day. Let me call my dispatch and they will call you back.
Guess what??? Of course I didn't receive a call back...the driver stopped answering his phone...nobody was in the office to assist me. Needless to say, my delivery never showed up. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! That is a horrible representation for Sam's Club. I had to go into my local Sam's Club to try get some resolution. How can a $50+ billion dollar company not have a steam-lined process to prevent/resolve issues like these?? It's baffling!!
So, now after taking a day off of work to be home for a delivery that never arrived, I have to take ANOTHER day off because Southern Nevada Movers is a dumpster fire of a vendor for your company...sad.
Like one other person said, I wish 0 stars was an option because that is what they deserve.
