  • The process for this entire parking experience was super easy. We reserved online which was very cheap. Arrival the workers were very nice, helpful, and polite. The shuttle arrived quickly and the driver was very helpful. Leaving was also easy, we just scanned the bar code from our email and didnt have to pay any extra. The only complaint was on the drive back in the shuttle the driver was not helpful, and watched as I fell with my 2year old getting on their bus. He did not offer to help like the first driver did. Maybe he was having a bad day. Other than that we will use this garage again.
