  • Unlike the previous two posters, I actually had a very positive experience with Young Strong Movers. However, I never expected that I would just be able to hand over the keys and everything would be taken care of from there. Anyway, the 3-hour arrival time frame that they give you is a bit inconvenient, my move from Burlingame to Hayes Vally took roughly 1.5 hours door to door (there is absolutely no way I could have done it in twice the time myself). The price they quoted me was what I paid - $309 (I moved over Thanksgiving weekend, so there was a $60 surcharge which they mentioned on the phone and also on their website). I would not hesitate to use Young Strong Movers again for a local move.
