  • Absolutely no customer service - lots of employees standing around the entrance but none of them doing anything. It is the strangest feeling - like I am a zoo animal or something - they just watch you come in and walk around but never actually participate. On 2 separate occasions I've ordered items for events through the store only to show up on the delivery dates and they had no clue what I was talking about. Maybe this is where they send the sales reps that couldn't cut it.
