rev:text	The apartment itself was quiet, and clean. I never had major bug problems except the occasional creepy crawly. The maintenance staff are friendly and courteous, even though it took 3 attempts to fix my dishwasher. My issues were mostly with management. When I moved out I asked about if i should fix a couple things my puppy had destroyed (chewed up blinds, soiled carpets, etc) and they told me it should all be covered in my security deposit and then tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace the carpet and accusing me of creating a hole in it. I'm a new grad so i ended up having to get my parents involved, as nobody seemed to respect my authority and eventually the decided there wasn't a hole and just had the carpets shampooed, but I did not appreciate the dishonesty. The gate breaks at least once a month, making the place feel less secure and once it broke and locked me out, meaning i had to leave my car in a shopping center parking lot. I was going on a trip the next day, and had to wait at 3am for another car to exit the building and open the gate to be able to park my car. I also had to wait once for over an hour to receive a package since the management was more interested in signing new tenants then taking care of the ones they had. About 10 months into my lease they decided to advertise that the pools were getting an upgrade, and it was going to be great. So for two months I endured loud construction disturbances and no pool. I asked about getting a discount on rent and was rudely told no, the pool wasn't up to code and that's why. Which could have been mentioned earlier. Overall, there are so many nicer places in the area to rent. New buildings went up right next door event. Don't bother with this place.
