  • Norterra Salon & Spa is very impressive. I went in yesterday for both a haircut/style and a manicure. My number one concern is cleanliness and sanitation, and it was very obvious that this is a number one concern for the salon as well. Rose did the haircut and style, and Jennifer did the manicure. Both were friendly, attentive to what I had to say, candidly offered their professional advice, and did a fantastic job. They educated me on various beauty products, but they were not pushy about selling the salon products. The only suggestion that I would have is to mark the products with prices, as I was interested but didn't really want to ask what everything costs. In the end, I left feeling like I won a jackpot -- because finally I have found a place that really suits me.
