  • Every casino has a burger restaurant and this one definitely doesnt disappoint. Umami is a popular burger joint and they are known for their Truffled creations. To me, truffle anything is a winner for me. Anywho, let me take you my adventure at Umami Burger at the SLS hotel. The Umami Burger is combined with the Beer Garden and Sports Book. A dream combo for any beer fan and sports fan. With wide screens all over the place, this is definitely one of the casual hang out spots at the SLS hotel. Our server arrived promptly and explained the whole menu to us. This was my first time eating here, and if any server explains the menu to me, they are off to a good start. Two burgers that caught my attention was the Truffled Burger and the Jose Andres Special Burger. For those that are unfamiliar with Jose Andres, he is the culinary superstar chef behind the world-known Bazaar. A hint to all is that if its a Jose Andres creation, it certainly worthy to try out. Along with the burgers, we also ordered fries...truffled fries of course. The neat thing about this 3 hit combo establishment are the beers. Most places will have the typical everyday beers you can find from the supermarket. This place surpasses all of those expectations. This place has craft bottle beers and even beers that Ive never even heard of. Beers are out, fries are out, burgers are out. Everything tasted great, service was prompt, and the dining experience was great! If your low on a budget and want to eat something casual a the SLS hotel, lets this be your number one go to spot. UNTIL THEN!! ^-^
