rev:text	If there was a way to give this place zero stars I would probably do that. Let me start by saying I have been getting my nails done for 25 years so I know the process of an acrylic fill. They gave me a young boy to do my fill and after completely demolishing my shape he then only put acrylic in the bed of the nail. Not on the rest of the tip. He had filed them down so low that only putting acrylic at the base of the nail made absolutely zero sense. When I asked why he was doing this he went to get a manager because he doesn't speak any English. Apparently no one in the shop really speaks English but finally someone came over and said if I wanted acrylic on my whole nail I would have to pay extra. (?) I have never heard of anything like this. They even had the nerve to tell me that I was the only one to ask for acrylic over the entire nail as most people don't want it. What? That makes no sense as the nails will then be susceptible to breaking. Management there is terrible as well as the young man who is very sweet but very amateur at best. I had to coach him along the rest of the way as he had me wash my hands but my nails were still bumpy. He had to file them again and even the way he polished was horrible. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the self-proclaimed manager named Li and he was completely unhelpful!!!. He just kept saying next time we will fix it next time we will fix it. He still charged me full price even after looking at my nails and I could tell he was not impressed. My pedicure was fine but I absolutely will never go to the shop again and I suggest that you don't either. Go somewhere else and get some professional nails and service!
