  • A male employee on the line started making my burrito. I ordered the shredded beef, and he used the tongs to scoop the meat and placed it in the burrito. He then proceeded to take off a sizable portion of the meat off the rice and beans and back into the tray. I told him I had just worked out and would like the full scoop/portion. He put it back on and said he was going to charge me extra. The female employee chimed in saying it was one scoop per burrito and I explained I had only one scoop and before he removed some. After this I left to go eat elsewhere.
