  • There are a lot of really bad reviews about this outfit. Some sound unfairly biased based on my experience with them. They get 2 stars from me only because they offer a limited inventory, and appear to be undercapitalized (they can't offer actual value on high dollar gun trades or sales) which forces the customer to absorb an unfair hit if they want to deal with them. Also, when I was trying to buy two top of the line ARs with them at what was a fair price, they never returned my calls. Paul (the owner) did finally return my email but by then I had ordered the 2 DD rifles from another dealer. I think the problem is NOT with Paul but with his staff as far as following up with serious customers. On the other hand, the gent that teaches concealed carry (maybe the name is Ben?) is a superb and knowledgeable guy, really easy to like and learn from. So for me, it is a mixed bag. But I do not think it is a dishonest or ripoff gun store. Just not very experienced with running a business which I hope gets better in the future because it is convenient for those of us on the south side. I wish them well.
