  • This one star is for the very helpful salesman names Charles that helped us this morning. He might be old and a little slow but he is the only one who seem to respect us. We went there at 8:30am to looked for a Jeep. They tried to charged us more than the internet price that we saw online( saying that is because of a new car). We then okie, lets just see what the bank will say. This was at 9am. We then waited till 10:30am with no more information. So we decided to see how much does our car worth after trade in. The guy who helped Charles was so rude. He looked into it and didn't even tell us how much the car trade in is. He just took the paper and gave it to the finance lady and gave us excuse that : "i thought u would appreciate if you know everything all at once." We were already mad but we still sat there waiting for the finance lady because we felt bad for Charles. We sat there for another hour and 15 minutes until we decided that we couldn't do anymore of this waiting crap so we asked Charles to ask that rude guy about how long more do we have to wait. That rude guy came to the finance lady's room and just sat there talking, joking and laughing for 10 minutes knowing that we already have been sitting there for 3 hours waiting. He then came out and told us that they still waiting on the bank to reply and said that we can just leave and they will call us really soon. And now after 3 hours still no phone call. It just seems to me like that rude guy and the finance lady doesn't want to help Charles to sell the Jeep at all. I have been buying 3 or 4 cars already and no place that i had to waited for 3 hours without knowing any information at all. We may seem poor to you but seriously!
