  • Rude employee "Anacita" told me and 2 other customer we couldn't come in because they were closed, except it was 4:56pm not 5:00pm. She was quite rude about it, and when I asked her why I couldn't pick up my package that required signature she said "come back tomorrow!" without offering any help or even answering my question! Then I asked her how long it would stay there before it was returned to sender since it had been 2 days and I didn't want it to be returned. She first said "it should be here tomorrow." Then when another customer tried to enter (keep in mind it's still 4:56pm when they should be OPEN) she tried to rush me out even faster by saying "it will be here a long time don't worry" then when I asked if she knew the actual maximum time packages are held she said "a long time, come back tomorrow." then "15 days". I'm no deception expert but when someone gives 4 different answers, all of which appear to be blatant guesses, while making it extremely obvious she's trying to turn people away and rush me out the door, it becomes crystal clear she doesn't know how to do her job and is an example of exactly what an employee should NOT be. I am also filing a complaint to her supervisor and posting this review on Yelp. This, unfortunately, isn't the first time I've seen this kind of horrible treatment of customers at this location. It seems to be the standard operating procedure there and I recommend you drive to a different location even if it's farther because that location has nothing but douche bags like Anacita working there...and I'm obviously using the term "working" very loosely.
