i guess this is what passes for a main-stream interpretation of burlesque. the girls are all pretty in an athletic barbie sort of way. the choreography isn't very good; it is especially noticeable the more girls that are on the stage. the bungee solo and the bath tub duet are the highlights of the show. i am not a big stand-up fan but i give the comedian james bean props for handling a drunk heckler in a professional manner.
the musical selections are great; but the segue between songs is too abrupt.
i guess this show is geared more towards people who find strip clubs to be too "sleazy" or "naughty" and find burlesque to be to "artsy" or "weird"
