  • I have been here 5 times now and the older woman with blond hair working at the counter still has not been able to be hospitable to me. 4 out of the 5 times I've been here, she was at the counter. 3 out of those 4 times I have been ignored. After today, I realized this can be no accident. Today, there was another girl that walked in right after me and we were both waiting to get signed in for a yoga class. I was waiting for the older blond lady to greet me at the counter. I had my wallet out on the counter and ready to go. The girl was in line behind me. When this woman got back, she completely ignored me at the counter and looked behind me and said "how may I help you?" To this other girl! Her behavior shocked me so much that i couldn't believe what just happened when she had the audacity to ask me "what's wrong?" After the girl behind me left! This was the third time that something similar had happened with this woman. She has directly ignored me in favor for someone else 3 times in the 4 times I've seen this woman. I do not know if she is racist against Asians, or because I look younger than the average clientele, or what. But none of those reasons should justify blatantly ignoring a customer waiting to be served. The one time I was here for a yoga class where she was not at the entrance counter, there were two younger women working who greeted me with greater hospitality than this older blond woman. And that one time I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. But after being ignored and mistreated like that, it makes concentrating on peace of mind during a yoga class that much harder. I will be waiting a while to finish this yoga package I purchased, in hopes this woman will not be there when I return!
