  • I've been to jump jungle several times. on September 12th I had my son's 6th birthday party there. About an hour into the party I decided to go slide down the big slide with my son and when I stepped on one of the steps to climb up it broke and my leg went in between it got stuck I fell backwards and was yelling for my husband and daughter to come lift me up because I could not pull myself up. When I finally got my leg out it was so bruised and swelling up instantly the guy offered me ice but it ruined my evening with playing with my son on his birthday, I broke 2 nails which that same day I just spent $40 on trying to pull myself up because I was stuck. I finish the night out, i thought the owner might have offered us more time or some type of discount, but nothing. the kids had a great time as always, I paid 300 plus a $20 tip to the host. I felt since my evening was spoiled due to their jumpy that I should have been accommodated in some way shape or form, but absolutely nothing.. I had 10 adults and 15 kids, I hate to say I will not be going back nor will any of my friends.. I'm a cocktail server and its now monday 2 days after the party and my leg is still sore and bruised. I wasn't able to play with my son on his birthday that's the biggest problem for me and mainly why I'm writing this review because there was no compassion towards the situation. The owner did tape and fix the step and he came over and said it's all fixed, but what good was that going to do me when I was sitting on the bench with ice on my leg.
