  • Great experience from start to finish. My guest bathtub/shower had seen better days (and by better days, I mean days of the '80s) and I was looking to update. Scott came to my home for a free in-home consultation and I explained what I was looking to accomplish. He took measurements, offered his expertise, and walked me through different options. He had actual samples of Re-Bath products which was nice, however (and this is important) I never once felt like he was trying to up-sell me on anything. The installers (John and Dan) were professional, friendly and communicative. They made sure the rest of my home was protected by putting down protective cardboard flooring, and they cleaned up after each workday. Their manager once came by to check out a specific plumbing matter, and I felt assured that they were taking the necessary steps to ensure a good installation. The install was completed in three days, and I just love the results. The only thing I'm bummed about is the fact that... I remodeled the guest bathroom instead of my own!
