  • Customer service at this location is exceptionally shitty. If you don't need assistance for picking up stuff, its ok...at best. But if you need help locating a special part, or need one of their many display cases unlocked for say a special socket adapter, good luck finding floor associate on a weekend. I never understand why you would not staff a store better on the weekends. I guess you have to find people who want to work first. :-(
