  • They got the gender wrong!!!! My husband and I came here to find out the gender of our first child/see the 4d ultrasound. We were keeping it a secret and we did a reveal party with our entire family based on the WRONG gender from their ultrasound. We were told by this location that we were having a baby girl. On my next OBGYN Dr appt, the ultrasound tech questioned why I thought I was having a girl and said that we were definitely having a boy! Needless to say I called this location back to let them know and scheduled another ultrasound, sure enough they confirmed that we were having a boy. We've had to return a ton of items that we (and family/friends) purchased under the assumption we were having a girl. The most upsetting part was the owners response when I called their main office in San Diego, they could care less and offered us a discount of $20 on our next package?! Are you kidding me?! Talk about adding insult to injury. I wasn't looking for a handout, but at minimum, a refund of our money would have been an acceptable business practice. It's unfortunate because the actual staff at this location seemed very friendly and apologizing of the situation, the owners, however, appear to only care about their profit.
