  • I have been eating at the food truck for a year or two and would even track it down to see where in the valley they were parked for the day to get my shrimp Po boy fix. Now I don't have to track them down any longer as they have opened a restaurant at 35th Ave and Southern on the Northeast corner. The restaurant has a New Orleans feel and with fun music playing over the sound system. I've always had great food from the food truck and today is no different. So happy to have a place to get some Louisiana cooking without the travel to the big easy!
