  • I had to meet a client in downtown Glendale and picked Java the Hut based on its location. Fortunately I got there in advance and had time to contact the client and relocate our meeting. I could hardly believe how dirty and run down the place was. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful which is the only reason for the second star. I wouldn't recommend this shop except for possibly grabbing a cup to go.
