  • I just checked into the hotel & let me tell you, the whole experience has been awesome! For starters, Joseph at the front desk helped me out with a great rate & an early check in. I'm here on a last minute business trip & was struggling to find a hotel that would allow me to check in at 12 pm. So I hope Fairfield reads these reviews, because you have one hell of an employee in Joseph. The rooms are very clean, & very nice. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is as clean a bathroom as I've seen in a while...& I travel quite a bit. All that and with a prime location in downtown Phoenix. Fairfield suites has gone above and beyond all of my expectations! Now if you could only do something about this heat! 111?! How the hell do AZ residents put up with an entire summer of this heat?! Anyway, 5 stars to the Fairfield Inn & Suites!
