I signed up through Groupon for one month of unlimited yoga classes. I called to verify which class would be best for me after looking at their website and thought they were a bit rude on the phone. I thought I'd try again and made an appointment to look at the facility and when I got there no one was there. I tried again and called the day before the coupon expired to try and schedule a time and was told not to worry about the deadline because the class level of the class I wanted to take was above my level. I called the day after the Groupon expired and was told that I was out of luck. Worst customer service ever! Seeing the Groupon advertised again makes me mad all over again at my experience.
