  • Went to this location a couple of days ago to get a new set of glasses for my boyfriend and wow.... All the young girls that were in there were so unhelpful, and we waited awhile to get seen. Not a problem we didn't have anywhere to be, but still the fact of the matter. All of them had such an attitude of not wanting to be at work across their faces. Doctor was whatever, seemed to just be rushing, and the lady Tiffany who helped us was in a rush to get us out. The ONLY person who seemed to have a professional attitude and good personality was a woman named Cherisse. She apologized about the wait and told us we would be helped as soon as possible. I could also over hear her helping a customer, she was pleasant and so helpful. Bottom line we wish we were being helped by her. Other than our brief conversation with her it wasn't a great experience and won't be going back if we're aren't promised to be helped by Cherisse.
