| - Two categories that are primary here. Sales and service.
Sales: Simply put. You can get MUCH better prices elsewhere. I tried to purchase from them and they wouldn't hardly budge to the fair market value price I was asking to get. I found a dealer in Colorado that was SIX THOUSAND cheaper than here. I even showed them the offer in hopes of them matching. Nope. So I walked.
Service: This department simply doesn't have their stuff put together. I made an appointment online a week in advance. When I showed up today, the service advisor was saying he "may" get to my car today because they are busy. I deferred to the appointment I set and asked why should I make an appointment. He faulted their systems and said hey shouldn't be allowing appointments to be made online. Okay, so the customer has to receive the crappy service due to a known fault of yours. Got it.
Lastly, my vehicle has always been pulling slightly right since purchase. I brought it in there with 3,000 miles on it and they claimed the tires needed to be moved around. It didn't fix it but since I'm so busy with my work, I needed to run. I should have asked for the specs on he alignment check but I didn't. Fast forward to today I asked them to check the alignment because in my experience with new cars, owners typically get one goodwill alignment as long as the odometer is under 12,000 miles. Nope. Not these guys. According to them, you don't get any alignments for goodwill. If this is true, this is the last VW I'm buying.
Couple that with the diesel emissions scandal that my 2016 is caught up in, the crappy high pressure fuel pump design on my Jetta TDI, I'm most likely done with VW.
This dealer just sealed the deal with that.
