  • Mike was unbelievably curt. I was told on phone to come between 0730 and 0800 for alignment. Came at 0715, and got chewed out for being early! (I had called 2 days in advance to confirm my appointment; left a message with phone number, but no response.) Wouldn't let me come back at a better time. Wouldn't let me wait with my car until they were ready (told they would get to it at 0930); when I suggested waiting, he literally said, "No. Gimme your keys." I've never had anyone demand my keys before. No way I would let Mike or his techs touch my beloved MB. Not worth saving $49.
