  • You're lucky if you can get anyone to help you. The staff walks around like they're the best thing since sliced bread. I bought eyeliner and a gift card and they put my items in a white plastic Chinese to go bag that said 'thank you' but the girl spending $150 next to me got a real Mac bag. Not cool. I do like MAC products I just wish the service was better.
